In order to comply with the reporting requirements of the Internal Revenue Service, in relation to the 2021 President’s Club program (trip taken in September of 2022), we are asking all participating Customers traveling to Mexico, please complete the information requested below and securely submit no later than Friday, August 26, 2022.

The taxable value of the trip is estimated to be UP TO approximately $3,800.00 per single, or $5,000.00 per couple. A 1099 will be issued for the trip's actual taxable amount in January 2023 to the individual traveler(s) or to the responsible company*.

If filing separately, please have your guest complete this same form (pollock.com/1099-information-form/) and submit as an Individual using the primary attendee's company's name before the August 26th deadline. Failure to do so will result in the trip’s full taxable value being added to your submission. Let us know if you have any questions.
*Please note: If a company is a corporation and the company will be responsible for the taxes, no 1099 will be issued.
