Supplier mentioned above agrees to invest in Pollock Orora's strategic marketing program, "Partnership Program", abiding by the level of commitment and payment terms above.

Supplier understands that this investment in Pollock Orora’s “Partnership Program” promotion is new money above and beyond their existing marketing budget, and will not substitute for present allowances, rebates, earned income, marketing considerations, street monies, or other accruals that are presently offered to promote and merchandise products.

Supplier understands that Pollock Orora is committed to use 100% of funding for the “Partnership Program” to promote supplier's products/services, and will aid this promotion as needed.
